摘  要:实验是“食品微生物”课程的重要组成部分,为满足学校“应用型”人才培养的需求,基于案例教育(Case-based Teaching,CBD)理念,对教学内容、教学方法和教学评价方法进行了改革。新课堂以当地特色水产品为案例,由教师指导学生去检验判断批次养殖产品的微生物指标是否符合国标GB/T 4789要求。教学效果评估及问卷调查显示,该改革模式取得了良好的教学效果,为食品质量安全检测岗位的应用型人才的培养奠定了基础。The experimental section is an important part of the course of Food Microbiology.In order to meet the needs of“application-oriented”talent training in our university,we had reformed the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation methods based on the concept of Case-based Teaching(CBD).The new course system took the local aquatic product as an example,and teachers guide students to complete the testing and judge whether the quality meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 4789.The results from the reforming was evaluated by questionnaire survey.It turned out that the reform got a satisfied outcome,and may train applicable talents for food quality and safety inspection posts.
