摘  要:立足于新时代高校教育的特点,结合教师胜任力的概念,通过文献分析法构建高校教师胜任力模型并编制相应问卷。面向300名大学生进行初步施测,将回收的数据进行探索性因素分析,获得共计17个题项的正式问卷,包含教学过程、教师德行、师生关系和专业素养4个维度,累计方差解释率为59.25%。再用该问卷面向1000名大学生进行施测,并将回收的数据进行验证性因素分析与信效度分析。结果表明,问卷的拟合度良好、结构清晰,具有良好的信度和效度。This work aimed to consider the construction of college faculty’s competency model and the compilation of students'questionnaire items involved through literature analysis,prediction,and expert revision in accordance with the characteristics of college education in the current era and the concept of teachers competence.It collected the preliminary test data of 300 college students for exploratory factor analysis,and established a formal questionnaire of 17 items that include four dimensions of teaching process,teachers'morality,teacher-student relationship,and professional quality.The cumulative variance interpretation rate is 59.25%.Then it collected the data of 1000 college students by the formal questionnaire for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis.It found that the model and the questionnaire were well fitted,with clear structure,good reliability and validity.
