摘 要:目的:探索教师模拟病人在作业治疗实训ADL训练教学中的应用与效果。方法:选取2021级康复治疗技术专业学生80人作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与实验组。40人为对照组,接受传统教学方法;40人为实验组,接受TSP教学模式。教学结束后进行实训考核成绩、教学满意度调查,比较教学效果。结果:教师模拟病人教学组在两次实操考试中,成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组大多数学生认为TSP教学模式在激发学习兴趣、提高评判性思维能力、提高语言共同能力、人文关怀能力等方面有积极作用,效果良好。实验组学生对实训教学满意度评价明显优于对照组。结论:教师模拟病人教学标准模式在作业治疗实训ADL训练教学中应用效果较好,极大丰富了作业治疗综合实训教学手段。Objective:To explore the application and effect of teachers'standardized patients in ADL training teaching of occupational therapy.Methods:A total of 80 students majoring in rehabilitation therapy technology from grade 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.40 people in the control group received traditional teaching methods,and 40 people in the experimental group accepted TSP teaching mode.After the teaching,the results of training and teaching satisfaction survey were carried out to compare the teaching effect.Results:The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in the two practical tests(P<0.05).Most of the students in the experimental group believed that the TSP teaching mode had a positive effect on stimulating the interest in learning,improving the ability of critical thinking,and improving the common ability of language,humanistic care ability and so on.Students'satisfaction evaluation of practical training teaching in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application effect of the standardized patient teaching model is good in the ADL training teaching of occupational therapy,which greatly enriches the modes of the comprehensive practical teaching of occupational therapy.
