摘 要:目的探讨如何降低地中海贫血基因检测复查率及提高基因检测效率,为产前筛查及遗传咨询提供依据,减少出生缺陷的发生。方法选取2021年5月1日至2021年8月30日用反向点杂交(PCR-RDB)技术进行地中海贫血基因检测的249例样本,对53例复查的样本进行原因分析并制订相应对策后,统计2021年11月1日至2022年3月31日检测的321例地中海贫血基因检测样本的复查率,比较两个时间段的复查率,分析实施效果。结果2021年5月1日至2021年8月30日的样本复查率为21.3%,2021年11月1日至2022年3月31日的样本复查率为6.9%,两时间段复查率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过对地中海贫血基因检测复查原因进行分析,并针对各原因制订相应对策,可以有效降低地中海贫血基因检测复查率,提高结果准确率及报告发出效率。Objective To explore how to reduce the review rate of thalassemia genetic test and improve the efficiency of genetic test,as to provide basis for prenatal screening and genetic counseling,and reduce the occurrence of birth defects.Methods 249 samples of thalassemia genetic tests were selected from May 1,2021 to August 30,2021 by reverse dot hybridization.After analyzing the causes of 53 samples requiring review,and formulating corresponding countermeasures according to the causes,the review rates of 321 samples of thalassemia genetic test from November 1,2021 to March 31,2022 were calculated,and the review rates of the two time periods were compared,and the implementation effects were analyzed.Results The review rate of 249 samples from May 1,2021 to August 30,2021 was 21.3%,and the review rate of 321 samples from November 1,2021 to March 31,2022 was 6.9%.Compared with the review rate of the two time periods,the difference and effect were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions By analyzing the causes of thalassemia gene detection requiring review,and formulating corresponding countermeasures for each cause,we can effectively reduce the review rate of thalassemia gene detection and improve the accuracy of results and the efficiency of report issuance.
