摘　　要：探讨OQAS-Ⅱ评估技术在球面和非球面人工晶状体植入术后的视觉质量。选择白内障患者92例为对象,均行超声乳化白内障吸出术治疗,根据植入球面不同分为球面组和非球面组。术后对患者进行3个月门诊随访,比较两组患者屈光状态、裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、高阶像差等指标;采用OQAS-Ⅱ评估技术检查患者OQAS参数、脱镜率和满意度。最终得出结论OQAS-Ⅱ评估技术在白内障患者人工晶状体植入手术后可获得良好的效果,能准确的评估患者视觉质量,且非球面人工晶体植入可提供良好的全程视力,有助于提高脱镜率,值得推广应用。To explore the visual quality of OQAS-Ⅱevaluation technology after spherical and aspheric intraocular lens implantation.92 patients with cataract were selected as subjects,all of whom were treated with phacoemulsification and cataract extraction.They were divided into spherical group and aspheric group according to different implanted spheres.After the operation,the patients were followed up for 3 months,and the refractive status,naked eye vision,best corrected vision,high order aberration and other indicators were compared between the two groups;The OQAS-II evaluation technique was used to check the OQAS parameters,lens removal rate and satisfaction of patients.Finally,it is concluded that the OQAS-Ⅱevaluation technology can achieve good results after cataract patients'IOL implantation,can accurately evaluate the visual quality of patients,and the aspheric IOL implantation can provide good vision throughout the whole process,which is helpful to improve the rate of lens removal,and is worthy of promotion and application.
