摘  要:为建构教学创新环境的测量模型,揭示中小学教学创新环境的人口学分布特征,本研究在理论界定和开放式访谈基础上自编了中小学教学创新环境自评量表,经过试测和正式施测,结果显示:自编量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为中小学教学创新的环境特征评估的有效工具。目前中小学教学创新环境的总体水平较高,但不同性别、教龄、学段和学校区位的教师在教学创新环境评价上有显著差异。In order to construct a measurement model of teaching innovation environment and reveal the demographic distribution characteristics of teaching innovation environment in primary and secondary school teachers,this paper compiles a self-assessment scale of teaching innovation environment in primary and secondary school teachers on the basis of theoretical definition and open interview.After trial and formal testing,the results show that the scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the environmental characteristics of teaching innovation in primary and secondary schools.At present,the overall level of teaching innovation environment in primary and secondary schools is relatively high,but there are significant differences in the evaluation of teaching innovation environment among teachers with different gender,teaching age,teaching stages and school locations.
