摘 要:网络教学团队是适应开放教育特点,以落实教学过程、提高教育教学质量为目标,以课程建设、网络教学、学习支持服务、教改教研为主要职责,由不同角色教师组成,分工协作、优势互补、共同发展的教育教学团队。基层开放大学教师在网络教学团队建设背景下逐步转变观念,丰富了教学模式改革经验。该文基于基层开放大学教师视角,以中山开放大学会计学专业为例,研究分析教学改革的必要性,探索有效的适合基层开放大学教学情况的教学模式改革,总结经验,提升教学效果。The network teaching team is a teaching team that adapts to the characteristics of open education,aims to implement the teaching process and improve the quality of education and teaching,and takes curriculum construction,network teaching,learning support services,teaching reform and teaching research as its main responsibilities.It is composed of teachers in different roles,who work together with complementary advantages and develop together.Under the background of network teaching team construction,basic-level open university teachers have gradually changed their ideas and enriched the experience of teaching mode reform.Based on the perspective of basic-level open university teachers,this paper takes the accounting major of Zhongshan Open University as an example to study and analyze the necessity of teaching reform,explore effective teaching mode reform suitable for the teaching situation of basic-level open universities,and sum up experience to improve teaching effect.
