摘  要:目的 分析2021年洛阳市食源性疾病沙门氏菌血清型、耐药以及PFGE型别。方法 对2021年洛阳市食源性疾病沙门氏菌进行血清分型、用微量肉汤稀释法进行药敏实验,采用BioNumerics 7.6软件对PFGE酶切片段聚类分析。结果 2021年洛阳市共监测375份标本,检出沙门氏菌46株(12.37%),20岁以下人群阳性率最高(45.65%),阳性病例主要集中在第2和第3季度(80.43%);肠炎沙门氏菌为主导血清型,共有15种血清型;氨苄西林耐药率最高(91.30%),其次是萘啶酸(82.61%),多重耐药菌株占比66%;PFGE分型获得27种带型,27株肠炎沙门氏菌相似度在79.1%~100%,优势带型为DX16,包含10株菌。结论 洛阳市2021年沙门氏菌性食源性疾病中的优势血清型是肠炎沙门氏菌,菌耐药状况较为严重,PFGE条带既有优势带型又呈现多态化。Objective To analyze the serotype,drug resistance and PFGE type of Salmonella from food borne diseases in Luoyang City in 2021.Methods Serotype of Salmonella from food borne diseases in Luoyangg City in 2021,drug sensitivity test with micro broth dilution method,and clusteraanalysis of PFGE digestion fragments with BioNumericss 7.6 software wereconducted..Results A total of 375 samples were monitored in Luoyang City in 2021,46 strains of Salmonella were detected(12.37%),the highest positive rate was among people under 20 years old(45.65%),and the positive cases were mainly concentrated in the second and third quarters(80.43%);Salmonella enteritidis was the dominant serotype,and there were 15 serotypes.The drug resistance rate of ampicillin was the highest(91.30%),followed by naphthyric acid(82.61%),and the rate of multi drug resistant strains was 66%.PFGE typing obtained 27 types of bands,27 strains of Salmonella enteritidis had a similarity of 79.1%~100%,and the dominant band typee was DX16,including 10 strains.Conclusion The dominant serotype of Salmonella foodborne diseases in Luoyang City in 2021 is Salmonella enteritidis,and the drug resistance of bacteria is relatively serious.PFGE bands have both dominant bands and polymorphisms.
