应用型职业本科物流专业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：经济发展,物流先行。伴随着我国加快经济结构调整和产业升级,经济发展进一步加大对于物流人才需求。目前社会物流人才需求与高校培养存在脱节。以广州科技职业技术大学为研究对象,通过问卷调研、实地访谈、结合广东省经济发展、物流行业人才需求、学校办学定位、物流专业学生专业认知度,从培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、教学设施、保障制度五个方面构建“五位一体”应用型职业本科物流专业人才培养模式。To develop the economy,logistics must go first.With the acceleration of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading,China's economic development has further increased the demand for logistics talents.At present,the demand for social logistics talents is divorced from the training of colleges and universities.Taking Guangzhou Vocational University of Science and Technology as the research object,by means of questionnaire survey and field interview,and based on the actual situations such as Guangdong Province's economic development,logistics industry talent demand,school positioning,logistics students'professional awareness,etc.,the"five-in-one"training mode for applied vocational undergraduate logistics professionals is constructed from five aspects:training objectives,curriculum system,teaching mode,teaching facilities and security system.
