摘  要:培育工匠精神是高职院校培养学生职业道德的重要内容,也是立德树人的具体举措。校企协同育人是现代学徒制模式的重要特征,也是贯彻落实三全育人要求的必然选择。当前校企协同培育工匠精神存在着企业育人作用未充分发挥、缺乏系统性规划、文化氛围和价值导向缺失、学生主动性不强等问题,影响了育人效果。建立课程开发协同、师资团队协同、基地建设协同、考核评价协同、文化氛围协同的“五位一体”育人机制,有利于推动校企协同育人,提升工匠精神培育效果。Cultivating craftsman spirit is an important part of cultivating students’professional ethics in higher vocational colleges,and is also a concrete measure for moral education.The collaborative education between schools and enterprises is an important feature of the modern apprenticeship system and also an inevitable choice to implement the requirements of"three whole education".At present,there are some problems in the collaborative cultivation of craftsman spirit by schools and enterprises,such as the insufficient role of enterprises in educating people,the lack of systematic planning,the lack of cultural atmosphere and value orientation,and the lack of students’initiative,which have affected the effect of educating people.It is conducive to promoting the collaborative education of schools and enterprises and improving the cultivation effect of craftsman spirit by establishing the"five-in-one"education mechanism of curriculum development coordination,teacher team coordination,base construction coordination,assessment and evaluation coordination,and cultural atmosphere coordination,.
