摘　　要：走高质量发展、转型升级之路,是我国企业应对国内外环境深刻变革的必然选择。企业家的任务决策和关系构建可以推动企业转型发展。以中国建材集团为例,基于镜像理论和角色理论,深入探讨企业家工作重塑对企业创新发展的影响机制,揭示企业家在不同发展阶段的工作重心锚定与企业变迁的内在规律。Taking the path of high-quality development,transformation and upgrading is an inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to respond to profound changes in the domestic and international environment.The task decision-making and relationship building of entrepreneurs can promote the transformation and development of enterprises.Taking China Building Materials Group as an example,based on the mirror theory and role theory,this study deeply explores the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial work reshaping on enterprise innovation and development,revealing the inherent laws of the anchoring of entrepreneurial work focus and enterprise change at different stages of development.
