摘  要:针对培智学校缺乏全学段劳动全面育人体系、《劳动技能》课偏技能训练以及智力残疾学生难以融入社会的现实问题,本研究基于生涯发展理论,立足杭州市杨绫子学校的劳动育人实践,提出“以‘生涯自立’理念为导向的课程教学实践探索”研究思路,构建了指向“生涯自立”的培智学校劳动育人体系,有效提升了培智学校育人质量,提高了智力残疾学生融入社会的能力。Aiming at the lack of a comprehensive labor education system in schools for students with intellectual disabilities,the biased skill training in the"Labor Skills"class,and the difficulty of social integration of students with intellectual disabilities,this study proposes a"practical exploration ofthecareer self-reliance'concept as the guide for the curriculum teaching based on the career development theory and the labor education practice of Yanglingzi School in Hangzhou and put forward a labor education system for schools for students with intellectual disabilities,which has effectively enhanced the quality of education in schools for students with intellectual disabilities and improved the students'ability to integrate into society.
