摘　　要：董仲舒以天为理论底色建构了天人一体的整体图式,同时赋予天以仁之品格,并于中和之情呈现着生发长养之生境。人涵养着仁之情实,持守着中正之心,进而在循天之道境域中,成就着天地仁德,展演着养人之生、成就万物以及和谐身心的整体养生观。Based on the theory of Tian,Dong Zhongshu constructed the whole schema of the integration of Tian and man and endowed Tian which transforms the breeding environment under the condition of neutralization with the character of benevolence.Therefore,human beings have cultivated the truth of benevolence,and on the basis of following the way of Tian,they display the overall health concept of cultivating peoples life,nurturing all things and harmonizing body and mind.
