摘 要:目的鉴定两面针根、茎、叶的挥发性成分,为两面针的临床应用提供参考。方法采用顶空固相微萃取法对样品进行前处理,采用气相色谱-质谱法鉴定两面针根、茎、叶的挥发性成分,采用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量,通过SPSS 21.0统计学软件对挥发性成分及其含量进行主成分分析。结果两面针根、茎、叶中共鉴定出72种化合物,根、茎、叶中分别鉴定出24种、36种、50种挥发性成分,分别占挥发性成分的56.34%,75.64%,82.31%。两面针3个部位的共有成分有10种,且不同部位的含量不同。根、茎、叶中β-石竹烯的相对含量均最高,分别为32.74%,16.82%,25.56%。主成分分析结果显示,综合得分由高到低依次为茎(13.354)>叶(11.399)>根(5.040)。结论两面针根、茎、叶的挥发性成分种类和含量存在较大差异,其中茎的综合得分最高。Objective To identify the volatile components in roots,stems,and leaves of Zanthoxylum nitidum,and to provide a reference for its clinical application.Methods The sample was pre-treated by headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME),and the volatile components in roots,stems,and leaves of Zanthoxylum nitidum were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative content of each component was calculated by the area normalization method.The principal component analysis(PCA)of volatile components and their content were analyzed by the SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results A total of 72 components were identified from the roots,stems,and leaves of Zanthoxylum nitidum,with 24,36,and 50 volatile components identified from the roots,stems,and leaves,accounting for 56.34%,75.64%,and 82.31%of the volatile components,respectively.There were 10 common components in the three parts of Zanthoxylum nitidum,and their contents were obviously different in different parts,in which the components with the highest relative contents were allβ-stigmasterene,accounting for 32.74%(roots),16.82%(stems)and 25.56%(leaves),respectively.The PCA results showed that the comprehensive score of the stem was the highest(13.354),followed by the leaf(11.399)and root(5.040).Conclusion There are great differences in the types and contents of volatile components in roots,stems and leaves of Zanthoxylum nitidum,and the comprehensive score of stems is the highest.
