摘　　要：目的构建妇科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为妇科专科护士规范化培训过程中的课程设置及效果评价提供参考。方法通过文献研究、小组讨论拟订妇科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系初稿,2021年5—6月采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行2轮德尔菲函询,运用优序图法确定各指标体系的权重。结果2轮德尔菲专家函询的积极系数均为100%,权威系数均为0.938,Kendall协调系数分别为0.117、0.304(均P<0.01)。最终所构建的妇科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括4项一级指标、11项二级指标以及48项三级指标。结论构建的妇科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系具有较好的必要性、科学性和可靠性,可为妇科专科护士培养过程中的课程设置以及效果评价提供有意义的参考。Objective To construct the evaluation index system of core competence of specialized gynecological nurses,and to provide reference for the curriculum setting and effect evaluation of standardized training for specialized gynecological nurses.MethodsThe draft evaluation index system was prepared through literature research and group discussion.From May to June 2021,two rounds of Delphi letter consultation was used among 18 experts,to complete the selection and modification of evaluation index,and to determine the index weight.ResultsThe effective response rate of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.938,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the two rounds of expert letter consultation was 0.117 and 0.304,respectively(both P<0.01).Finally,the evaluation index system of core competence of specialized gynecological nurses was formed,including 4 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 48 third-level indexes.ConclusionsThe evaluation index system of core competence of specialized gynecological nurses established in this study is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference for the curriculum setting and effect evaluation of standardized training for specialized gynecological nurses.
