互补还是替代?联盟控制方式对企业双元创新的影响机制研究

摘　　要：随着市场竞争的加剧,战略联盟成为了企业低成本获取优质资源的重要途径,联盟需要实施有效的控制机制以降低成员合作面临的潜在风险。现有关于联盟控制机制的研究较少关注双元创新领域,而双元创新的应用却越来越广泛,因而本文基于国内158家企业的问卷调查,采用多元线性回归的方法探讨了契约控制、社会控制及其交互项对企业双元创新的影响机制。结果发现,契约控制和社会控制均能促进企业双元创新,但是,二者之间存在替代关系,且资源柔性在其中发挥着中介作用。因此,建议企业决策者可以根据企业自身的特点选择适宜的控制机制,尽量避免同时实施两种控制机制,从而增加企业成本、阻碍企业双元创新的实施。As the market competition intensifies,strategic alliance has become an important way for enterprises to acquire high-quality resources at a low price.Alliance has to implement effective control mechanism to reduce the potential cooperative risks among alliance members.As ambidextrous innovation is implemented by an increasing number of enterprises,the existing researches on alliance control mechanism still pay less attention to ambidextrous innovation.Based on the survey of 158 firms in China,the author uses the method of multiple linear regression to study the influential mechanism of contract control,relation control and their interactive terms on ambidextrous innovation.The results show that both contract control and relation control can improve the ambidextrous innovation of enterprises,and the relationship between those two kinds of control mechanisms is substitute,and resource flexibility plays a mediating role between alliance control mechanism and ambidextrous innovation.Therefore,we suggest that enterprise managers choose appropriate control mechanisms based on the characteristics of the enterprise itself,and try to avoid implementing both control mechanisms at the same time,which increases the cost of the enterprise and hinders the implementation of ambidextrous innovation.
