摘  要:高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,高职院校管理水平的高低直接影响着学校的发展,而高职院校教辅人员群体的素质直接影响学校的管理水平,因此如何激发教辅人员的工作积极性是“双高”计划职业院校亟须解决的问题。新时代“双高计划”职业院校教辅人员绩效考核还存在一些问题,严重挫伤了教辅人员的主观能动性。“双高计划”职业院校教辅人员的绩效考核应以用好考核结果为导向,并引入现代化定量考核手段,同时完善绩效考核管理体系标准,注重有效面谈,以优化教辅人员绩效考核体系。Vocational education is an important component of higher education in China.The level of management and the quality of the teaching assistants in vocational colleges directly affect their development and management level.Therefore,how to stimulate their enthusiasm is an urgent problem for vocational colleges to solve under the“Double High Plan”.There are still some problems in the performance assessment for teaching assistants in vocational colleges in the new era,which seriously hinder their subjective initiative.Therefore,the performance assessment for teaching assistants in vocational colleges under the“Double High Plan”should be guided by making good use of the assessment results,introducing modern quantitative assessment methods,and improving the performance assessment management system standards,emphasizing effective interviews,so that the performance assessment system of teaching assistants will be optimized.
