高校创新创业教育与劳动教育融合机制及路径研究

摘　　要：创新创业教育与劳动教育具备融合的共治机制,即教育要素渗透机制、教育资源共享机制、教育功能互馈机制。因此,可以建立“创劳”融合的理念共识、形成“创劳”融合的课程体系、优化“创劳”融合的师资队伍,来促进高校创新创业教育与劳动教育的深度融合,继而培养敢闯会创、具备匠人精神的全面自由发展的人,以劳动托起创新创业中国梦。Innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education have the co-governance mechanism of integration,that is,the infiltration mechanism of educational elements,the sharing mechanism of educational resources and the mutual feedback mechanism of educational functions.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the concept consensus of the integration of“innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education”,form the curriculum system of the integration of“innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education”,and optimize the teaching staff of the integration of“innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education”,so as to promote the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education in colleges and universities,and then cultivate people who dare to innovate and have the spirit of craftsman with all-round and free development,and carry out the Chinese dream of innovation and entrepreneurship with labor.
