摘  要:对多所高等院校研究生进行问卷调查,实证分析了研究生拖延行为的分布特征和影响因素。研究结果显示,研究生的拖延程度与性别、专业、升学方式显著相关,而与年级和学位类型没有显著相关关系,行为动机、周边环境、个人性格等因素都会对研究生拖延等级产生显著影响。据此,提出了端正思想动机、提升自身的时间管理能力、积极借助学校心理健康资源弥补自身性格缺陷等应对措施。The distribution characteristics and influencing factors of postgraduate students’procrastination behaviors were empirically analyzed through a questionnaire survey of postgraduate students in several institutions of higher education.The results of the study showed that,in terms of distribution characteristics,the degree of procrastination of postgraduates was significantly related to gender,major and way of further study,while there was no significant relationship with the grade and degree type of respondents;factors such as behavioral motivation,surrounding environment and personal personality all have significant influence on the grade of procrastination of postgraduates.Accordingly,targeted countermeasures such as correcting ideological motivation and correctly understanding procrastination behavior and its resulting effects;improving one’s own time management ability to overcome the interference of external environment;and actively using school mental health resources to compensate for one’s own character defects were proposed.
