摘  要:以积极心理学为研究视角,在探讨高校体育教师专业化发展困境的基础上,从教师本身出发,提供促进高校体育教师职业幸福感和积极专业发展的实践框架,构建发展路径:全面提升体育教师地位,增添职业幸福感;高效塑造体育教师积极特质,强化体育教师自主能动性;高质量构建积极的组织系统,完善培训机制。From the perspective of positive psychology and based on discussion of the dilemma of professional development of physical education teachers in universities,this paper constructs a practical framework to promote career happiness and positive professional development mentality of college teachers starting from the teachers themselves,and proposes development paths as follow:comprehensively improve the status of physical education teachers,increase professional happiness;effectively shape the positive characteristics of physical education teachers and strengthen the initiative of physical education teachers;build a positive organizational system with high quality and improve the training mechanism.
