尚礼致和:中华优秀传统文化嵌入社区建设的理论逻辑与实践路径

摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化中蕴含着丰富的与社会治理密切相关的思想文化资源,能为当下的社区建设提供直接的理论支撑与实践指导。通过历史层面的分析与追溯,可发现中华优秀传统文化中社会治理思想的核心要旨是“尚礼致和”。从理论逻辑的维度来看,中华优秀传统文化不仅是社区建设的思想基点,其“礼治”思想亦可有效赋能社区“内在规范”的建构,而其“和谐”理念则有助于社区“共同体”的形成。具体说来,中华优秀传统文化嵌入社区建设有四条实践路径:一是编制社区公约,营造礼治社区;二是促进社区教育,打造知识社区;三是组织社区节庆,创建特色社区;四是扮靓社区建筑,成就美丽社区。Excellent Chinese traditional culture is rich in ideological and cultural resources closely related to social go-vernance.which can provide direct theoretical support and practical guidance for current community construction.Through analyzing and tracing the history,it can be found that the core tenet of social governance thoughts in Chinese traditional cul-ture is"Courtesy and Harmony".From the perspective of theoretical logic,Chinese excellent traditional culture is the ideo-logical basis for community construction,and its idea of"rule by courtesy"can also efectively empower the construction of"internal norms"of communities,in addition.its idea of"harmony"is helpful to the formation of a neighborhood"commu-nity".Speifially,the practical path of embedding Chinese excellent traditional culture into community construction is mainly divided into four aspects:first,compiling community conventions and building a community of courtesy;second,promoting community education and building a knowledge community;third,organizing community festivals and creating characteristic communities;and fourth.dressing up the community architecture and making a beautiful community.
