高校大学生自主管理能力现状及其影响因素

摘  要:通过问卷调查形式对高校大学生的自主管理能力现状进行调研分析。结果表明,高校大学生的自主管理能力较强,学生个体间的自主管理能力不存在较大差异。学习管理、时间管理、目标设定与规划、资源利用、人际关系管理会对其自主管理能力有直接影响。不同性别、不同年级的学生自主管理能力存在一定差异。除人际关系管理、目标设定与规划间差异外,其他各维度间的均值差异均达到了显著性水平。高校应按性别、年级划分,为学生提供时间管理、学习策略、目标设定等相关的课程或培训,从多角度提升学生的自主管理能力。The study does questionnaire survey on the current situation of college students’self-management ability.The results show that college students’self-management ability is great,and there is no significant difference of self-management ability among students.Learning management,time management,goal setting and planning,resource utilization and interpersonal relationship management will have a direct impact on their self-management ability.There are some differences in the self-management ability of students of different genders and grades.Except for the differences among interpersonal relationship management,goal setting and planning,there is significant level among other dimensions.Colleges and universities should provide courses or training related to time management,learning strategies,and goal setting,etc.for students according to gender and grade level,so as to improve students’self-management ability from multiple perspectives.
