摘  要:目的分析转化式学习在口腔医学专业口腔内科学教学模式改革中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9—12月河南护理职业学院口腔医学专业的40名学生作为对照组,另选2022年9—12月的40名学生作为观察组。对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组在口腔内科学教学模式改革中应用转化式学习。分别在授课前、授课3个月时收集两组批判性思维能力评分,统计理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩并进行对比。结果授课前,两组批判性思维能力评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);授课3个月,两组批判性思维能力评分均高于授课前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔内科学教学模式改革中转化式学习能够提高理论与实践考核成绩、提升批判性思维能力。Objective To analyze the effect of transformational learning in the reform of teaching mode of oral medicine for stomatology majors.Methods 40 students majoring in Stomatology from Henan Nursing Vocational College from September to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and another 40 students from September to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group applied transformational learning in the reform of the teaching mode of oral medicine.The critical thinking ability scores of the two groups were collected before and 3 months after the lecture,and the theoretical and practical assessment scores were counted and compared.Results Before teaching,the scores of critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after three months of teaching the scores of critical thinking ability of the two groups were higher than that of before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the reform of the teaching mode of oral medicine for stomatology majors,transformational learning can improve the theoretical and practical examination results,and enhance the ability of critical thinking.
