护士分层管理对消化内科护理质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的评价消化内科护理管理中应用护士分层管理的效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月滕州市工人医院消化内科的44名护士为研究对象,根据随机数表法分组,每组22名,对照组采用传统管理方式,观察组实行护士分层管理,对比两组护士的管理质量。结果观察组的基础护理(92.32±2.32)分、专科护理(93.17±2.82)分、应急能力(90.49±3.43)分、健康教育(91.28±2.78)分、危重患者护理(93.93±4.34)分和护理记录评分(90.38±3.24)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组快速给药、疼痛处理、置管异常处理、护理问题处置方面工作效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的情绪疲溃感、工作冷漠感、个人工作无成就感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理在消化内科护理质量中具有突出效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying nurses'stratified management in the nursing management of gastroenterology.Methods From February 2022 to February 2023,44 nurses in the Department of Gastroenterology of Tengzhou Workers'Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to the ran-dom number table method,22 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional management method,and the observation group implemented the hierarchical management of nurses.The management quality of the two groups of nurses was compared.Results The basic nursing(92.32±2.32)points,specialized nursing(93.17±2.82)points,emer-gency response ability(90.49±3.43)points,health education(91.28±2.78)points,critical patient care(93.93±4.34)points and nursing record score(90.38±3.24)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The work efficiency of rapid administration,pain treatment,abnormal treatment of catheterization,and treatment of nursing problems in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotional exhaustion,work apathy and personal work ineffectiveness in the observation group were lower than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse stratified management has outstanding effect in the quality of gastroenterology nursing care.
