医疗教育中加强临终关怀教育的思考

摘　　要：在我国现代医疗卫生体系日益完善的背景下,医疗技术水平全面提升,能够为患者提供更加完善的医疗服务。在医疗相关专业教育中,需要做好临终关怀教育工作,在减轻患者痛苦与进行积极的心理准备方面具有重要作用,是医护人员需要具有的专业能力,为患者及其家属提供更加缓和的医疗照顾方式,从而提升医疗服务质量。生老病死是每个人都需要经过的生命历程,但是面对死亡时人们会产生恐惧、无奈的心理情绪,部分医疗工作者在该过程中难以有效应对该问题,且当前的医疗教育体系中对临终关怀教育有所不足。因此,本文将对医疗教育中临终关怀及其教育的重要性及临终关怀教育的现状进行分析,并结合实践经验总结教育中加强临终关怀教育的一些有效措施,希望可以对相关人员有所帮助。In the context of China's modern medical and health system becoming more and more perfect,the level of medical technology has been comprehensively improved,which can provide more perfect medical services for patients.In medical-related professional education,it is necessary to do a good job in end-of-life care education,which plays an important role in alleviating patients'pain and making positive psychological preparation,and is a professional ability that medical personnel need to have to provide patients and their families with a more moderate way of medical care,thus improving the quality of medical services.The process of life,death,and illness is a journey that everyone goes through,but the fear and helplessness of death can make it difficult for some health care workers to respond effec-tively to the process,and the current health care education system is inadequate for end-of-life care.Therefore,this paper will analyze the importance of end-of-life care and its education in medical education and the current situation of end-of-life care education,and summarize some effective measures to strengthen end-of-life care education in edu-cation with practical experience,hoping that it can be helpful to relevant personnel.
