摘  要:以传统发酵乳制品中分离出的5株优良的乳杆菌为研究对象,对其在口腔中的存活率、聚合物和恶臭味的产生情况、产酸能力、抗生素敏感性、以及对变异链球菌生物膜形成的抑制作用进行评估,并探究其在预防龋齿方面的潜在应用价值。最终筛选出1株具有预防龋齿功能的植物乳杆菌CX013(Lactobacillus plantarum CX013)。该菌具有较好的口腔环境耐受力存活率值高达77.5%,可以形成聚集体具有较好的口腔定植能力,不产生恶臭味,有较强的抑制变异链球菌生物膜形成的能力,消除率可达53.75%,具有预防龋齿的潜力。This article aims to screen a lactobacillus with potential probiotic properties that can be applied in dental caries prevention.This study focuses on five strains of Lactobacillus with excellent antioxidant properties isolated from traditional fermented dairy products.The survival rate,polymer and odor production,acid production ability,antibiotic sensitivity,and inhibitory effect on the biofilm formation of Streptococcus mutans in the oral cavity were evaluated,and their potential application value in preventing dental caries was explored.Finally,Lactobacillus plantarum CX013 with caries prevention function was screened out.This bacterium has a good oral environmental tolerance survival rate value of up to 77.5%,can form aggregates,has good oral colonization ability,does not produce foul odor,and has a strong ability to inhibit the formation of Streptococcus mutans biofilm,with an elimination rate of up to 53.75%.Therefore,Lactobacillus plantarum CX013 can serve as an oral probiotics to prevent dental caries.
