摘  要:面对图书馆学本科教育存在的生源困境与就业结构性问题,图书馆学院系可以在自身责任和能力范围内改善本科教育,并重新定位其功能和角色;图书馆员应在专业宣传方面发挥重要作用。图书馆学教育专门化可通过图书馆学院系的师资、图书馆等非教学单位、开展跨机构及跨学科合作等来实现。图书馆学在探索跨领域、跨学科融合的同时,要避免学科性质“异化”及信息技术对其核心知识体系的代替。图书馆学教育担负着学术性与职业性双重责任,可以校内合作为纽带,实现职业使命与学术使命的统一。图书馆学教育研究要重点做好教育调查与评价、行业数据研究与应用、基础理论研究,拓展研究范畴与视野以及探索多方合作,从而推动图书馆学教育走向专业化与科学化。Faced with the difficulties of student resources and structural employment problems in undergraduate education in library science,library science departments can improve undergraduate education within their own responsibilities and capabilities,and reposition their functions and roles;librarians should play an important role in professional publicity.The specialization of library science education can be achieved through teachers in library departments,non teaching units such as libraries,and cross institutional and interdisciplinary cooperation.While exploring cross domain and interdisciplinary integration,library science should avoid the"alienation"of discipline nature and the substitution of information technology for its core knowledge system.Library science education bears both academic and professional responsibilities,and could be linked by intra school cooperation to achieve the unity of professional and academic missions.Library science education research should focus on education survey and evaluation,industry data research and application,basic theoretical research,expand research scope and vision,and explore multiple cooperation,so as to promote the professionalization and scientization of library science education.
