摘　　要：法国近年来推出的旨在打造世界一流大学的高等教育改革,在法国独特的双轨制体系、碎片式学科发展及高等教育普及化初期等背景下,基于法国独特的制度逻辑、权力逻辑、地缘逻辑等展开,实施了卓越大学计划及卓越创新计划等系列改革举措,并探索出了多领导中心主义的权利共治、引入绩效问责改革合同式契约管理、设立超机构院系推进学科结构整合等独具法国特色的建设路径。The reform of higher education launched by France in recent years aimed at building world-class universities,under the background of France's unique dual-track system,fragmented disciplines and the stage of higher education popularization,based on France's unique institutional logic,power logic,geography logic,etc.,implemented a series of reforms such as the Initiative d'Excellent and IDEX/I-SITE,it explored the multi-leadership-centrism co-governance of rights,the performance accountability to reform contractual contract management,and the establishment of super-institutional departments to promote the integration of discipline structures,and other unique construction paths with French characteristics.
