基于职业能力培养的高职《冷链物流管理》教学内容的开发与重构

摘　　要：冷链物流管理教学的主要任务包括走进冷链物流、冷链物流岗位描述、冷链物流流程全景分析、冷链物流基础知识和理论、食品的冷冻加工、冷库、冷链物流的基本环节及专业冷链物流管理、冷链物流标准化管理。通过对冷链物流管理岗位工作任务的分析,按照冷链物流的实际工作任务设计教学内容,并合理地嵌入物流管理1+X职业技能等级证书和宁夏终生教育“现代物流管理”学分银行“书证融通”人才培养方案及学习成果认证转化标准,使学生走上工作岗位后能很快适应岗位职业能力的要求。The main tasks of cold chain logistics management include entering cold chain logistics,job description,process panorama analysis,basic knowledge and theory,food freezing processing,cold storage,the basic link,professional cold chain logistics,cold chain logistics standardization.Based on the analysis of the task,the teaching content is designed according to the actual task of cold chain logistics,and it is reasonably embedded in the 1+X vocational skill level certificate of logistics management,the talent training program of Ningxia lifelong education"modern logistics management"credit bank"document and certificate integration"and the transformation standard of learning achievement certification.So that students can quickly adapt to the requirements of vocational ability after taking the job.
