摘  要:目的观察在医学生临床见习中应用虚拟标准化病人的临床教学实践效果。方法选择2020年5月1日至2022年9月30日在某院内分泌科见习的130名在校医学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组(67人)和对照组(63人),实验组采取传统教学联合虚拟标准化病人进行教学。而后者为传统方式进行教学,在见习结束时,进行考试,并向学生发放调查问卷。结果学生的考试成绩结果显示,实验组理论知识考试成绩(25.19±1.17)、体格检查考试成绩(25.81±1.19)、病例分析考试成绩(35.30±2.55)、考试总成绩(86.30±3.08)均优于对照组[(24.35±1.72),(24.98±1.41),(33.84±2.34),(83.17±3.51)],差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在传统教学基础上联合运用虚拟标准化病人的教学模式在学生整体满意度,提高临床思维能力,增强学习兴趣及活跃课堂气氛评分均优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论将虚拟标准化病人运用于医学生的临床教学实践中,比单纯传统教学方式的教学效果更好,学生的满意度更高。Objective To observe the application effect of virtual standardized patients in clinical teaching of medical students.Methods There were 130 medical students were randomly divided into study group(n=67)and control group(n=63),in the department of Endocrinology of one hospital from May 1st,2020 to September 30th,2022.Traditional teaching combined with virtual patient teaching was used in the study group,while traditional teaching was used in the control group.After the teaching,the examination was conducted.Meanwhile the questionnaire survey was performed.Results The theory test score(25.19±1.17),the physical examination score(25.81±1.19),the case analysis scores(35.30±2.55),and the overall test scores(86.30±3.08)of medical students in the study group were all superior to that in the control group[(24.35±1.72),(24.98±1.41),(33.84±2.34),(83.17±3.51)],(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey indicated that medical students had more advantages in aspects such us satisfaction,clinical thinking,learning initiative,classroom climate in study group than the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of virtual standardized patients in clinical teaching practice of medical students had better teaching effect and higher student satisfaction than the simple traditional teaching method.
