“哈军工”创院院长陈赓教育思想及其时代价值

摘　　要：“哈军工”(1953—1970)作为新中国最高军事科技学府,为我国的国防科技事业作出了卓越的贡献。作为“哈军工”的创院院长,陈赓大将的教育思想明确了“哈军工”的办学方向,铸就了“哈军工”的辉煌。陈赓的教育思想体现为:“两老办院”,以师资队伍建设为本;以教学为中心,形成严谨严密严格的学风;注重思想政治教育,要求又红又专;重视科学研究,锚定前沿抓尖端。陈赓的教育思想对源自“哈军工”的高校产生了深远的影响,国防科技大学、南京理工大学、哈尔滨工程大学都成为国防科技领域的著名高校。陈赓的教育思想对新时代高等教育的高质量发展具有借鉴意义。The highest military technical institute in New China,PLA Harbin Military Institute of Engineering(1953-1970)(HMIE)has contributed greatly to China’s national defense science and technology.As the founding president,Senior General CHEN Geng’s educational thoughts clarify the educational orientation for HMIE and cast its brilliance.Specifically,CHEN Geng’s educational thoughts include“reliance on old cadres and professors”,basing university education on staff construction.Centering on teaching constructs a rigorous and strict academic atmosphere.Great attention is paid to ideological education of both socialist-minded and professionally-competent talents.Great emphasis is put on scientific researches and forefront technology.CHEN Geng’s educational thoughts exert profound influences on those HMIE-originated universities,namely,PLA National University of Defense Technology,Nanjing University of Science and Technology,Harbin Engineering University,and so on.They all function as prestigious universities in national defense technology.CHEN Geng’s educational thoughts present great reference significance for a high-quality development of new era educational institutions.
