时间管理视域下高校研究生高质量培养路径研究——以南京理工大学为例

摘　　要：当前我国迫切需要加快建设特色高质量研究生教育体系,为建设教育强国,服务全面建设社会主义现代化国家开辟发展新领域新赛道,塑造发展新动能新优势。结合国内学者对研究生培养研究的分析,从研究生培养问题再审视出发,围绕“研究生培养的卡脖子问题”,分析研究生从入学到毕业过程中的关键点问题,在提升研究生时间管理能力的视角下建构了研究生高质量培养路径“研究生之道”体系,主要包括“导学之道、科研之道、就业之道”,助力高校研究生综合能力提升,以期实现研究生教育高质量发展。Currently,China urgently needs to accelerate its high-quality and feature-distinctive graduate cultivation construction,in order to open up new development fields and tracks,as well as to establish new driving forces and advantages.This serves to build China into an educational power,and to its comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.Based on a review to domestic scholars’analyses to graduate education and a reexamination of graduate education issues,this paper focuses on corresponding bottleneck problems and analyzes key points from enrollment throughout to graduation.It constructs a high-quality graduate cultivation path system,from the perspective of graduate time management enhancement.Mainly consisting of“study guidance,academic research,and job recruitment”,this system would assist the university graduate students’comprehensive ability improvement,and achieve the goal of high-quality graduate development.
