高校实验室安全管理制度建设探析

摘　　要：高校实验室安全至关重要,直接关系到实验人员的生命财产安全并决定了科研工作能否顺利开展。提高实验室的安全水平,是提升实验室研究人员整体科研水平和人才培养水平的基础。但现在高校实验室管理过程中还存在安全意识缺乏,有制度但执行不力,实验室管理人员分工合作不合理以及实验室数据管理混乱,缺乏安全管理理念等问题。因此,通过结合实际对当前高校实验室安全管理制度方面存在问题及产生的原因进行剖析,并从制度建设、安全管理、监督检查、信息化管理等方面提出可行性、创新性建议,从而推进高校实验室安全和科研数据的安全管理不断进步,保障科研发展。The laboratory is a major base for teaching and scientific research in universities.The safety of a laboratory is extremely important to the assets and lives of people.Increasing the laboratory safety level is the basis of raising the research level as a whole for researchers and of the personnel training in the lab.But now,in the management of university laboratory,there are still many problems.The lack of safety awareness,poor enforcement,irrational cooperation and division of work among people managing the laboratory and the chaos as well as the short of consciousness of laboratory data management are the main problems.Here,based on practical cases,the causing of the problems on the management system of the laboratory safety in universities is analyzed.Practicable and innovative suggestions on the aspects such as system building,safety management,supervision and inspection,and informational management are offered.With the analysis and suggestions,the aim is to advance the development of university laboratory safety level,guarantee the safety of scientific data and safeguard the development of scientific work.
