高职院校高水平专业群建设的实践模式及路径优化

摘　　要：基于产业集群化发展外部环境变化的驱动和行政自上而下传导的间接推动的专业群建设,作为赋能高职教育高质量发展的重要抓手得到高职院校的高度重视和积极探索,并形成了面向产业链组建专业群、面向职业岗位群组建专业群、面向知识逻辑组建专业群几种组群模式。当前高职院校专业群建设存在重形式轻内涵、群内外资源整合度低以及管理运行机制有待于进一步完善等问题。专业群建设是高职院校主动应对产业转型升级赋能高职院校高质量发展的重要突破口,需变革与优化实践路径,系统推进高水平专业群建设:锚定区域产业发展和学校专业特点科学建群;整合群内外资源促进校企协同育人;建立并完善专业群建设与评价标准;创新专业群管理运行机制;打造高水平结构化的教师教学团队。driven by changes in the external environment of industrial cluster development and indirectly promoted by top-down administration,professional cluster construction has been highly valued and actively explored by higher vocational colleges and universities as an important tool to empower the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and several cluster models have been formed,such as forming professional clusters for industrial chains,forming professional clusters for occupational job groups and forming professional clusters for knowledge logic.By analyzing the construction practice and some core tasks of professional clusters in higher vocational institutions,it is found that the current construction of professional clusters in higher vocational institutions has problems such as emphasis on form but not connotation,low integration of resources inside and outside the clusters and management and?incomplete operation mechanism.The construction of professional clusters is an important breakthrough for higher vocational institutions to actively respond to industrial transformation and upgrading to enable high-quality development of higher vocational institutions.It is necessary to change and optimize the practice path to systematically promote the construction of high-level professional clusters:anchoring on the development of regional industries and the professional characteristics of schools to build clusters scientifically;integrating resources inside and outside clusters to promote collaborative education between schools and enterprises;establishing and improving the construction and evaluation standards of professional clusters;innovating the management and operation mechanism of professional clusters;building high-level structured teaching teams.
