摘　　要：职业教育为乡村振兴战略提供强大的人才支撑,发挥着重要的推动作用。然而在实践中,两者联动存在着一定的问题。在深化乡村振兴战略的大背景下,以安徽省的实践为例,分析职业教育当前面临的现实困境,提出通过内涵建设,提升职业教育质量,并适当融入地方产业发展规划,研究职业教育助推乡村振兴共同富裕的策略和实现路径,以期职业教育在乡村振兴中发挥更大的人才支撑作用。Vocational education provides strong talents support for the rural revitalization strategy,which plays an important role in promoting the strategy.However,there are certain problems with the linkage of the two in practice.In the context of deepening the strategy of rural revitalization,taking the practice of Anhui Province as an example,the current practical dilemmas faced by vocational education was analyzed,and it proposed to improve the quality of vocational education through connotation construction,appropriately integrate it into local industrial development plans,and study the strategies and realization paths of vocational education to promote the common prosperity of rural revitalization,so as to make vocational education playing a greater role in supporting talents in rural revitalization.
