摘　　要：增强高职院校社会服务效能是提升职业教育适应性的基本要求,有助于推动西部地区社会经济高质量发展。通过熵权TOPSIS法与探索性空间分析等方法考察高职院校社会服务中人才供给、科技转化、专业培训3个基本要素及其所属的12个评价指标,发现西南高职院校社会服务效能较强,西北高职院校社会服务相对失衡;高职院校社会服务存在要素短板,在社会服务要素上缺乏本地特色;高职院校办学处于较孤立的空间,区域内社会服务主体的合力不足。为提升西部地区高职院校社会服务效能,未来应立足空间正义的区域诉求,促进高职院校社会服务的优质均衡;立足内生发展的主体诉求,彰显高职院校社会服务的地方特色;立足和合共生的生态诉求,推进高职院校社会服务协作。Enhancing the social service efficiency of higher vocational colleges is an important requirement for improving the adaptability of vocational education,which is able to promote the high-quality development of the social economy in the western region.This paper studies the three basic elements of talent supply,technology transformation,and professional training,and their 12 evaluation indicators in higher vocational colleges'social services through Entropy Weight TOPSIS and Exploratory Spatial Analysis methods.It is found that the social service efficiency of vocational colleges in southwest China is relatively high,while that is relatively unbalanced in northwest China;the social service of higher vocational colleges has insufficient elements,which lack local characteristics;higher vocational colleges are in a relatively isolated space,and the resultant force of social service subjects is inadequate in the region.In order to improve the social service quality of vocational colleges in the western region,It should promote the quality and balance of social services in vocational colleges based on the regional appeal of spatial justice;enhance the local characteristics of social services in higher vocational colleges based on the main demand of endogenous development;form the social service cooperation of higher vocational colleges based on the ecological needs of harmony and symbiosis.
