摘　　要：在实践中探索职业学校班主任思想政治工作方法,对提高班主任工作质效,提高班主任建班育人、立德树人的能力具有十分重要的作用。因此,从政策、理论和实践层面分析班主任工作的重要性,提出“三深入”“三联系”“三提高”的班主任思想政治工作方法的实践路径,促进班主任建班育人能力的提升,推进立德树人任务的落实。Exploring the methods of ideological and political work for vocational school class advisors in practical work plays a very important role in improving the quality and efficiency of class advisors'work,enhancing their ability to build classes and educate students,and cultivating morality.Therefore,this paper analyzed the importance of class teacher work from the policy,theoretical,and practical levels,proposed a practical path of"three in-depth","three connections",and"three improvements"ideological and political work methods for class advisors,promoting the improvement of class teacher's ability to build classes and educate people,and promoting the implementation of the task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.
