摘  要:核心能力测评对于促进临床护理教师自我发展及提升护理质量具有重要意义。该文综述了临床护理教师核心能力测评工具的研究进展,包括临床护理教师概念界定、临床护理教师核心能力概念及要素分析、临床护理教师核心能力测评工具介绍,以期为临床护理教师核心能力相关研究提供依据。The assessment of core competency is of great significance for promoting clinical nursing teachers’self-development and improving quality of nursing care.This paper reviewed the research progress of assessment tools for evaluating core competency of clinical nursing teachers,including definition of clinical nursing teacher,the concept and element of clinical nursing teachers’core competence,the introduction of core competence assessment tools for clinical nursing teachers.Hopefully,this review will provide reference for the research of clinical nursing teachers’core competence in the future.
