摘  要:我国进入了乡村振兴、共同富裕的新时代。实现共同富裕的重点、难点在于农村低收入群体。职业教育能够改变农村低收入群体命运,共享社会改革发展成果,创造公平就业机会,提升其可行能力,为阻断贫困的代际传递赋能。目前农村职业教育和培训存在着体系的功能性缺陷、层次结构重心偏低以及职业教育和培训模式缺乏适切性等问题。为使职业教育真正成为助推农村低收入群体迈向共同富裕的有效通道,必须构建高质量的县域职业教育和培训体系;建立区域一体化职业教育办学模式;健全面向特殊群体的职业教育干预制度;以数字化嵌入多场景职业教育和培训,赋能农村低收入群体发展可行能力。China has entered a new era of rural revitalization and common prosperity.The key and difficult point in achieving common prosperity is the rural low-income group.Vocational education can change the fate of rural low-income groups,share the fruits of social reform and development,create fair opportunities,enhance their feasible development capacity,and empower them to block intergenerational poverty transmission.However,there are functional defects in the current rural vocational education and training system,low emphasis on the level structure,and a lack of appropriate vocational education and training models.In order to make vocational education a truly effective channel to promote rural low-income groups towards common prosperity,it is necessary to build a high-quality county vocational education and training system,establish a regional integrated vocational education school model,improve the vocational education intervention system for special groups,and embed digitalized multi-scenario vocational education and training to empower rural low-income groups to develop feasible capabilities.
