摘  要:传统金工实习存在不足,在工程教育专业认证的持续改进理念的指导下,现在把虚拟数控仿真平台、势能小车的制作融入金工实习课程,使用虚拟数控仿真平台训练,学生有更充沛的仿真时间,不会受限于上课时才能使用数控仿真实验室。在以成果为导向的理念指导下,增加制造势能小车的训练项目,多工序、多种机床联合使用的加工方式,学生能对机械加工工艺有了更深入的理解,学生的动手能力、创新能力得到了提高。There are some inperfection in traditional metalworking practice course,we applied virtual numerical control simulation platform and potential energy car practise project into metalworking practice course under the guidance of engineering education accreditation continuous quality improvemnt concept,students have more simulation trainning time by using virtual numerical control simulation platform,they don't be limited by the numerical control simulation lab.Under the outcome based education concept,students need to try many manufacturing processes and several machine during the potential energy car practise project,students understand machining process technology more and more.Operation ability and inovation ability of studernts were improved.
