摘 要:机械制造工艺学是高职机械类专业人才培养的重要支撑课程,对接机械加工、模具制造等重要工作岗位。在新工科背景下,本课程教学要求在讲授机械制造工艺基础知识基础上,通过工程项目和多课程融通,培养学生实践操作与创新应用等综合能力。在高职课程教学中,往往以理论讲授为主,对实践、创新、分析和解决问题能力培养不足。此外本课程与工装夹具设计、金属切削机床等系列课程关联度很大,但存在知识间的脱节和交叉重复讲授问题。对机械制造工艺学及其系列课程融合进行了研究和探索,构建出新的教学模式,旨在培养更多掌握机械制造工艺的复合型高素质技能人才。Machinery manufacturing process is an important support course for the training of talents in higher vocational mechanical professions,which is connected to important jobs such as machining and die&mold manufacturing.Under the background of new engineering,the teaching of this course requires that on the basis of teaching the basic knowledge of machinery manufacturing process,through engineering projects and multi-curriculum integration,cultivate students'practical operation and innovative application and other comprehensive capabilities.In the higher vocational courses,the teaching is often based on theoretical lectures,which is not enough to cultivate practical,innovative,analytical and problem-solving skills.In addition,this course and the fixture design,metal cutting machine tools and other series of courses are very related,but there is a disconnect between the knowledge and cross-duplication of teaching problems.This paper researches and explores the integration of machinery manufacturing technology and its series of courses to build a new teaching mode,aiming to cultivate more complex and high-quality skilled personnel who master machinery manufacturing technology.
