混合式教学模式下的学生互评体制

摘　　要：为了进一步促进和完善混合式教学,从混合式教学的反馈角度入手,阐述混合式教学中使用学生互评评价方式的必要性,经过访谈法和观察法的研究之后,总结学生互评环节存在的不足,提出促进互评体制发展的五大原则:明确提出评价标准、保证评价过程客观公正、重视提高反馈质量、教师指导贯穿始终、学生态度客观公正等。In order to further promote and improve hybrid teaching,this paper expounds the necessity of using student mutual evaluation in hybrid teaching from the perspective of feedback of hybrid teaching.After the research of interview and observation,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of students’mutual evaluation,and puts forward five principles to promote the development of mutual evaluation system:clearly putting forward evaluation standards,ensuring the objectivity and fairness of evaluation process,paying attention to improving feedback quality,teachers’guidance throughout,students’attitude,objectivity and fairness,etc.
