摘　　要：专业课程是课程思政建设的基本载体。“行政管理学”是行政管理专业的核心课程,结合课程的教学内容和特点,深入挖掘蕴含的思想政治教育元素,并通过“课内”与“课外”“请进来”与“走出去”“线下”与“线上”相结合的方式创新教学模式,提升教学质量,实现知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造的目标。Professional courses are the basic carrier of curriculum ideological and political construction.“Administrative Management”is one of the core courses of the major of administrative management.This study combines the teaching content and the characteristics of the course,deeply explores the ideological and political education elements,and innovates the teaching mode to improve the teaching quality,realize the goal of imparting knowledge,and cultivating ability and shaping value through the combination of“in-class”and“after-class”activities,and“offline”and“online”practices.
