摘　　要：董事长致辞英译的质量影响海外投资者的信心,在某种程度上关乎公司的形象和收益。文章基于语境顺应论,以2019至2021年万科年报中董事长致辞为研究对象,采用案例分析法,探讨董事长致辞的英译中,译者如何顺应语境关系,通过转译、省译、意译和释译等英译策略实现有效沟通和交流。The quality of the English translation of a chairman’s speech affects investors’confidence and,to some extent,the company’s image and profits.Based on contextual adaptation theory,this article uses the case study method to explore how translators can adapt to contextual relationships in the English translation process of chairman’s speeches.Using the annual reports of Vanke from 2019 to 2021 as the corpus,the study examines how can translators adapt to contextual relationships and achieve successful communication through translation strategies such as conversion,omission,free translation,and explanatory translation.
