摘  要:基于职前教师的可雇佣性模型,在文献分析的基础上结合教育实践经验,从评价内容、评价主体、评价方法三个方面构建了教育实践整体评价体系,凸显了教育见习、实习、研习三个模块的连续性和进阶性。实践应用效果表明,基于可雇佣性的教育实践评价体系不仅有效解决了以往教育实践中存在的问题,而且促进了职前教师可雇佣性能力的发展,有利于提高就业率,是评估职前教师培养质量的有力证据。Based on the employability model of pre-service teachers and literature analysis,combined with educational practice experience,an overall evaluation system of educational practice is constructed from three aspects:evaluation content,evaluation subject and evaluation method,which highlights the continuity and progression of the three modules of educational probation,practice and study.The practical application results show that the employability based educational practice evaluation system not only effectively solves the problems existing in the previous educational practice,but also promotes the development of the employability of pre-service teachers,which is conducive to improving the employment rate,and is a strong evidence for evaluating the quality of pre-service teacher training.
