“全人教育”理念下的高校英语教师领导力培养路径研究

摘　　要：通过对全人教育理念和教师专业领导力理念的研究,结合我国英语教师教学实践提出了“全人教育”理念下英语教师领导力的实现途径。主张“全人教育”理念下英语教师领导力培养要从东西方价值观与信念的整合能力、情绪情感与思维能力的培养以及教学互动方式的创新能力三个方面来进行。Based on the studies of the holistic education theory and the theory of the professional leadership of teachers,and combined with the teaching practices of English teachers in the universities of China,this study puts forward the ways to develop the leadership of English teachers through the holistic education theory.It is believed that the cultivation of English teachers'leadership by the holistic education theory should be achieved in Three ways:the integration of values and beliefs between the East and the West,the cultivation of emotional and thinking abilities and the innovation of teaching interaction.Eight specific operational suggestions are also put forward for English teachers in University.
