摘　　要：高职院校应充分发挥“科特派”双师团队优势,紧密围绕乡村振兴战略,推进高校科技成果向乡村转化。文章分析了高职“科特派”双师团队的特点与优势,从体制机制、政策体系、激励机制、保障机制等方面,构建“科特派”双师团队服务三农的长效运行机制,总结了黑龙江农业经济职业学院“省级+市级+院级三级联动”科特派服务模式和取得的成效。Vocational colleges should fully leverage the advantages of the"Science and Technology Special Mission"dual teacher team,closely focus on the rural revitalization strategy,and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities into rural areas.This article analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the"Science and Technology Special Mission"double division team in vocational colleges,and constructs a long-term operating mechanism for the"Science and Technology Special Mission"double division team to serve agriculture,rural areas,and farmers from the aspects of institutional mechanisms,policy systems,incentive mechanisms,and guarantee mechanisms.It also summarizes the"provincial+municipal+college three-level linkage"specialized service model and achievements of Heilongjiang Agricultural Economics Vocational College.
