摘　　要：文章介绍了中山大学护理学院以入学教育、在校理论学习和临床实习3个阶段为着力点开展的基于共情的护理硕士专业学位研究生人文素养培养模式的开展情况,为提升我国护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养质量提供有益思路与可借鉴的方法。This paper introduces the humanistic literacy training model of nursing postgraduates with professional degree based on the concept of empathy,focusing on the three stages including admission education,theoretical learning and clinical practice.We hope this model could provide useful perspectives and reference for continuously improving the training quality of nursing graduate students with professional degree in China.
