摘  要:盾构隧道在施工过程中因受到同步注浆材料的浮力而发生上浮,上浮力过大或隧道上浮量超限将影响隧道的施工质量,为探明同步注浆材料的浮力时效特性,参考某地铁施工所用的同步注浆材料配合比,配制同步注浆材料进行浮力测试研究。试验结果分析表明:在土箱内倒入浆液时,圆筒受到浮力符合阿基米德浮力原理;注浆材料静置后圆筒的浮力开始减小,在静置约4h内浮力减小迅速,约21h浮力达到最小值,最小浮力与圆筒在纯水中所受到的浮力非常接近;静置约21h后浮力再次增大,最终所测得的浮力稍大于圆筒所受到水的浮力;为减小施工期隧道上浮对隧道施工质量的影响,可适当降低盾构隧道掘进速度,或在隧道顶部合理地注入速凝的双液浆。During the construction of the shield tunnel,the buoyancy of the synchronous grouting material causes the shield tunnel to float upward.Excessive buoyancy or excessive buoyancy of the tunnel will affect the construction quality of the tunnel.In order to find out the buoyancy aging characteristics of the synchronous grouting material,the synchronous grouting material is prepared for buoyancy test research with reference to the mix ratio of the synchronous grouting material used in a subway construction.The analysis of the test results shows that when the slurry is poured into the soil box,the buoyancy of the cylinder conforms to the principle of Archimedes buoyancy.After the grouting material is standing,the buoyancy of the cylinder begins to decrease.The buoyancy decreases rapidly within about 4hours of standing,and the buoyancy reaches the minimum value at about 21hours.The minimum buoyancy is very close to the buoyancy of the cylinder in pure water.After standing for about 21hours,the buoyancy increases again,and the measured buoyancy is slightly greater than the buoyancy of the water on the cylinder.In order to reduce the influence of tunnel floating on the construction quality of the tunnel during the construction period,the tunneling speed of the shield tunnel can be appropriately reduced,or the quick-setting double liquid slurry can be reasonably injected at the top of the tunnel.
