摘  要:为探究超声波辅助纤维素酶和果胶酶对茶树菇多糖提取效果的影响,本文以茶树菇粉为原料,以茶树菇多糖提取率为考察指标,探究复合酶比、超声时间、料液比对多糖提取率的影响。在此基础上,通过响应面试验优化提取工艺。结果表明,超声波辅助复合酶法提取茶树菇多糖的最佳工艺为料液比1∶29(g∶mL),复合酶比1.5∶1.0,超声时间29 min。在上述条件下,茶树菇多糖的提取率为24.128%。In order to explore the effect of ultrasonic-assisted cellulase and pectinase on the extraction of polysaccharide from Agrocybe cylindracea,this paper takes Agrocybe cylindracea powder as raw material,and the extraction rate of Agrocybe cylindracea polysaccharide as an index to explore the effect of complex enzyme ratio,ultrasonic time,and material liquid ratio on the extraction rate of polysaccharide.On this basis,the extraction process is optimized through response surface experiments.The results show that the optimal process for extracting Agrocybe cylindracea polysaccharides using ultrasonic assisted composite enzyme method is a material to liquid ratio of 1∶29(g∶mL),a composite enzyme ratio of 1.5∶1.0,and an ultrasonic time of 29 minutes.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of Agrocybe cylindracea polysaccharides is 24.128%.
